Welcome to Tiny Tot Tracker! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tiny Tot Tracker mobile application ("App") operated by Tyler Gray ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Tiny Tot Tracker, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Tiny Tot Tracker is a baby care tracking application that allows users to log feedings, diaper changes, sleep schedules, medications, growth measurements, milestones, and other infant care activities. The App is designed as a personal tracking tool and does not provide medical advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of any information you enter into the App. Your data is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your personal data or your child's information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups of your data.
Tiny Tot Tracker offers optional Premium features available through in-app purchase or subscription. By purchasing Premium:

Tiny Tot Tracker is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The App is intended solely as a personal organizational tool for tracking daily infant care activities. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns about your child. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information tracked in this App.
In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
The App, including its design, features, graphics, and content, is owned by Tyler Gray and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur. We recommend regularly backing up your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyler Gray shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium features in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
